Not bite proof!

My cat had this ripped apart within 1 hour! So had to throw out. Waste of money :(

Full of catnip and full of fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This catnip mouse is much more firm than other catnip filled cat toys, assuming to help with the tooth scraping and tartar removal function. It is also larger than most of my cats’ other mouse toys but neither my 8 pound nor my 12 pound cat seem to care. They even carry it around upstairs and down and it has been the favorite toy since it arrived. They were instantly attracted to it and it was difficult to get a photo of it being played with because it’s usually vigorously attacked.
After more than a week of playtime for each cat the mesh outer layer has holes on both sides but the rest of the mouse is holding up well. I can’t scientifically state whether or not this helped my cats dental condition but they enjoy the heck out of this mouse so I have to recommend it.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Everyone’s fighting over this toy…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first opened the package for this toy I could tell it would last a while. It’s dense and hardy, thankfully because my cats go hard on these catnip toys. The material on the outside (I know from other dental toys I’ve bought) is great for their teeth, helping remove buildup as they play. It’s slobbery already but even our pretty inactive old lady was rolling around tossing the mouse up in the air and running for it. Everyone is gathered around my feet right now for her to walk away so they can steal it. Guess I’ll have to get another .
