Good quality stringer, I like the plastic covering around the chain keeps noise sound down sitting on floor of aluminum boat.The end has a ring and snap clip making it easy to tie down to the boat.

Don’t buy from the Northern fisherman

Who ever designed this has never put an 18 inch Walleye on a stringer. I had the Walleye in one hand reached for the stringer with the other. I thought wow good idea to have a slider to cover hook connection. Then I opened and the 2 pieces fell on the bottom of the boat. The Walleye moved, cut my finger. Then I was reaching for my old stringer. I would take this back but it is still circling the earth. (I put a lot behind it when I threw it)

I bought this stringer a few days before bass opening. caught a 18 inch largemouth. put it on the stringer, locked it and when I checked about 5 minutes later it was gone. The whole clip was gone. Total cheap GARBAGE.
