    I was not sure how this gadget worked but gave it a try when there was a points incentive. Glad I gave it shot though it took time to figure out how to use. I sealed a big (wide mouth) and medium (regular) sized mason jar with nuts about 10 days ago and the seal is still good! I love the idea of sealing in glass and know this will be very useful for keeping dried goods fresh longer (especially things aren't use often like flour). It may seal wet foods too, haven't tried that yet - instructions are not the best. I really wish I saw this option before spending a ridiculous amount of money on the Henkel vacuum saver set - they don't even work! I highly recommend this addition to any kitchen and can see it being useful for a variety of uses.

    Bought awhile back and thought it would be made badly. I was totally wrong, rechargeable ( lasts) and does a great job. Enough vac pressure you need the included tool to get back in!
