Manufacturer defect or obsolescence? You decide

I bought this in 2019, started using it in 2021, and the dvd drive is malfunctioning. The picture still works, so it is hooked up to the cable; but for the internal dvd drive to cease functioning after about one year....only wondering if it is a bug or a feature.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Easy to set up

I bought this on Sunday. Everything seems to work on in except for when I tried to change screen modes it stayed the same. That’s the reason it has four stars and not five. It’s a small tv ,light to carry around. Easy to connect . One of the HDMI connections is a little harder because it faces down and not to the side.

A: Hi Darlene - The TV has a 3.5mm headphone jack on the rear of the unit. You can connect your wireless headphones to that jack (you may need an adaptor cable depending upon the model of wireless headphones). Be advised that when you plug into the headphone jack on the rear of the TV, the built in speakers are automatically disconnected.
