Lots of fun till a prop gets broken.

I love the enterprise. It's a little sketchy to fly at first. And now I've broken a prop and can't find on here where to get a replacement. It apparently got caught in the webbing of the disc.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Prop issues

It started off with one of the props not working until i turned it upside down then it worked. I believe the prop stopped working in mid flight because it because unstable and crashed. when I tried to fly it again one of the props broke. they did add extra props in the box like my other 5 mini drones or 6 helicopters. Great Christmas present that I can't use now.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Expensive , Fragile but flies well

A nice RC toys. Very fragile though. I decided to hack the card box with foam sponges to avoid any damage during storage. (otherwise it cannot be stored on the side) It flies very well , with slight trimming it hovers gracefully. Star trek fans (which I am not) , this is made for you. Clearly a lot of detail has been put into this. The built in sounds effects are a nice addition as well as the led lights. It looks actually better in the dark. Turbines make less noise than the star wars Air hogs Falcon millennium. This is not a Kid toy be warned , too fragile and very expensive (even for a licensed product) . Because of its specific shape, it cannot land flat . A hard hit on the ground or crash will likely ruin it in no time. Plus the lipo battery at the front has a tendency to hit the floor head first. I highly recommend to build / hack your own landing pad made of foam . Only tried indoor. Will not recommend this for a beginner, buy yourself a 20 $ helicopter first , or be very careful.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

Air Hogs Star Trek™ U.S.S. Enterprise - Amazing Display Piece vs Toy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son was so excited to receive the Air Hogs Star Trek Enterprise. It was packed perfectly and we were easily able to charge it in a short amount of time. It looked great, the lights and sound were a cool touch, however, that is where the fun ended. He decided to try it out indoors over a carpeted area. The remote was incredibly touchy and the drone easily sped towards the ceiling and then would crash down. I read the directions and made adjustments as suggested but it was very difficult to control. After a couple of short flights it came down onto the couch where one of the Styrofoam pieces cracked in half. Luckily super glue remedied the situation but it didn't seem like it should have broken so easily. This is an advanced toy and seems to be geared more towards adults with experience flying remote control toys. Although, it looks very cool on its display stand for the retail price it seems like it would be more rugged.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being a huge Star Trek fan, I really wanted to like this toy. Unfortunately, like most products from Air Hogs I was ultimately let down. Things started off well. The ship was packaged great. It looked fantastic coming out of the box. The attention to detail and the included stand made this a true display piece.....little did I know that a display piece is all it would end up being. After putting the batteries in and getting my bearings with the controller, the Enterprise was up and flying. It was actually pretty easy getting it to go where I wanted it to go and the included sound effects were a nice touch. I got about 10 minutes of flight time out of it before recharging. The second flight again started out well and it was a lot of fun to fly. The problem occurred as the battery started to drain and the ship was lowering itself to the ground, all of a sudden the engine just cut out and it crashed. It was only about 3 feet off the ground when it crashed, but even that small drop (onto a carpet) caused one of the propellers to snap and a piece of plastic on top of the saucer to break. I'm used to other propeller toys having replacement pieces included in the box for just this type of situation, but not in this case. I'm extremely disappointed and if I actually had to pay the exorbitantly high MSRP I would be livid. Of course I probably would have never bought it for that price in the first place since every Air Hogs product I've ever had has ended up breaking after just a couple of flights. I'll try reaching out tothe company, but for now I'll have to be content with my Enterprise display piece.
