Disappointed but happy

There were only a few left, none with the cardboard label, though there was one detached sitting in the pile on the shelf. It showed straps, but there were no straps attached. I went to customer service and rhey sent someone from the floor who explained these were all they had as it’s end of season. I went back to customer service as they had asked me to and they gave me a discount - so I was disappointed but happy.

Returned this item because it seemed too flimsy for everyday use. It was also a little too small for my needs, a backpack would barely fit inside
