Loud but left-handed

This type of bell is the loudest bell in Canadian Tire, from what I have found. I've found it hard to install in an ergonomic way, so it's fast and intuitive when I'm about to be hit by a car - I have to install it so the text is facing away from me. Maybe it's a left-handed bell?

Sturdy bell with gears

I picked this bell after trying it in store because it is the kind with gears inside instead of being just a little metal stem on a spring that you flick back to strike the bell. The striking kind I found broke after about 1 use by my kids because they pulled too hard on the spring and it bent back permanently. This type seems like a sturdier option. I bought this one for myself, and 2 different colour ones for the kids. It attached easily to the handlebars and none of us have difficulty ringing them. Hopefully the interior is made of metal so it doesn’t snap like the plastic dollar store one we had before!
