Too soon to say anything about quality and lifespan. It is a small cover. I have a 20" folding bike it it just fits with the handle bars folded down otherwise I would have returned it. Didn't notice if there are different sizes available and this was the last one in the store. One good accessory is the clip tie at the bottom to keep it on the bike in windy conditions.
No, I do not recommend this product.
