I lost the keys to the lock and have had a similar experience to the other reviewer. No help from Canadian Tire nor the manufacturer. DONT BUY

Don't buy any Raleigh lock

***THIS IS A WARNING NOT TO PURCHASE THIS OR ANY RALEIGH LOCK.***
We lost the keys and tried to get a lo Smith to open ,which none can.
We contacted Canadian Tire who own the company that makes them.
I called customer service twice to try to get a replacement key. However the factory is on China,yet owner by Canadian tire
None of the staff at the call center seemed interested in helping us.
There is no contact number they claim.
I looked up the company name in China and there is no way to contact them.
I will be launching a law suit against Canadian tire as I depend upon my bike for transportation,and cannot access it.
This is terrible service and product support.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Terrible

Thanks to this bike lock I got my bike stolen. Had the same bike for 10 years, used to have a kryptonite lock to keep it safe. I sadly lost the kryptonite one and switched to this raleigh one. Obviously did not do the job.
