Smooths out my ride :)

My e-bike does not have suspension in the front or rear but I still love it except for the jolts I get on some very rough roads. This seat post has helped smooth out some of the roughness so I don’t get jokted so hard. I’m glad that I bought it.

It’s sufficient, just not a perfect fit for my ebike. I wedged a thin piece of plastic into the slot with the seat post and perfect fit.

Q: Purchased Raleigh suspension seat post. I tried to loosen suspension by turning counterclockwise with 6mm hex key and nothing hapoened. If I turn counterclockwise still too stiff. It's as if I have no suspension. What I'm I doing wrong?

A: Suspension pre-load is adjustable using a 6mm hex key. Increase preload by tightening the preload bolt to make the suspension firmer. Decrease preload by loosening the preload bolt to make the suspension softer. (NOTE: Ensure all threads are still fully engaged when loosening preload bolt).
