Does it's job. I purchased the double pack and saved a few dollars. Easy to tell when the products life is over. Do not try and clean it, just throw it away and install a new one. Install is easy, and convenient. Will be buying this again.

This Rainfresh product works great to remove sediment and scale but the key is to change them at regular intervals which depend on your level sediment being drawn in.

A: Manganese est un contaminant qui se dissous, comme du sel dans l'eau. Pour enlever le Manganese de l'eau, elle doit être oxidée à une particule avant de pouvoir être filtré. Rainfresh CF1 (62-1031) peut enlever des particules de l'eau, mais vu que le Manganese est dissous et non en forme de particule, elle ne peut pas être réduite par CF1 ou aucun autre filtre sédimentaire. Le retrait de Manganese requière une installation de système de filtration "Greensand" qui réduit aussi le fer et Hydrogène Sulphide. Le système de filtration Greensand lave automatiquement à contre-courant et se regénère en utilisant un produit chimique qui peut vous coûter de 1000$ a 2000$ dépendant de la grosseur et du modèle.
