Q: can I link the barrels at the bottom with this kit?

A: Accordion hose extends from 6" up to 31" • Hole saw, seals and hose included, drill required for installation • Top rim-to-rim connection, the second barrel fills after the first is full (it looks as though it would need to be connected from the top)
