DOES NOT WORK AT ALL

We have gnats flying everywhere and we have sprayed this stuff all over and it does not have effect on the gnats. They will land on a surface that was just sprayed and walk all around and then fly away. If you don't catch the gnat in flight, it doesn't faze them, and even then, you have to use a ton to kill it. Would not recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff actually works. Other Raid products haven’t impressed me too much but I’ve been really impressed with this. It doesn’t take much either. We sprayed the exterior and interior of the house with it and within the week, all of the flying bugs and ants were gone!

Great smelling effective indoor insecticide

Important to note that this is a spray that creates a cloud and not a jet-type spray you might use on nests.
I first used this outdoors to kill wasps that were flying around. Due to being a cloud of spray it didn't work too well on breezy days, but was effective when the air was still or when close enough to the insect.
The smell was very nice and I recommend it for indoor use on flies or mosquitos. It smells like an air freshener and not a chemical, so it doesn't smell like you have been killing bugs in your house. It knocked out wasps immediately & they fell to the ground, where a second spray killed them.
I was very satisfied and would recommend the spray for indoor use because it doesn't smell like bug spray. I would buy it again and give it 5 stars out of 5

Q: Will this work on fruit flies as well? I was wondering if this will kill fruit flies in the kitchen.

A: No, you cannot use Flying Insect Killer for fruit flies and this is indicated on the label. Killing the flies also will not help as the fruit flies need to be controlled where they breed by removing the food source and moisture. Fruit flies in homes most often come from fruit or vegetables with blemishes that are not stored in the fridge but the flies can continue to multiply if they find other damp areas with organic matter (e.g damp mops, drain water under refrigerators, bottoms of garbage cans, empty pop cans).

A: Raid Max Flying Insect Bug Killer is intended for indoor use to kill house pests listed on the label. The precautions section says to remove/cover all exposed cooking utensils before spraying. This product can be used with confidence in the home when all label directions are followed.
