    Don't buy it.

    Not as pictured. Battery doesn't fit in the compartment or charge in the described time. Steering stopped working. Not high speed

    Similar problems to those listed below - the charging light indicator never turned off for the initial charge. The battery pack and connector do not fit within the battery housing, I had to jam the battery in and the sheathing on the wires got shaved (no exposed wire though). I am glad I tried to run the car away from my kid, as after turning the vehicle and the remote on, the disappointment continued. The vehicle responded only about 10% of the time - in other words you'd make turns or go forward or backward and it performed those actions rarely. These bad reviews date back to two years ago - I'm surprised Canadian Tire would still be selling this product.

    Same issues as other reviews. Steering stopped working within 10 minutes of use. Exchanged for another one and it did the same thing. Garbage!

    I bought two of these (one green, one blue) for my girlfriends kids to use indoors. Unfortunately after unboxing and initial charging, one did not work in reverse and the other woul not steer to the right. Now we are faced with trying to return them without the boxes. Ugh. Put your $ into a known name brand. Not these.

    Didnt make it through one battery charge before the steering stopped working. Not worth it, even on sale. Slow and fragile.

    Q: Do you have to use the rechargable battery or can you put in regular batteries?

    • A: You can use regular 1.5v AA or AAA batteries but you have to have a battery holder and connect it to the car

    Q: Incapable de charger la batterie... je suis au 2e retour chez canadian tire pour la meme chose, on indique que la 1ere charge sera denviron 3-4hr mais meme apres plus de 12 hr rien ne charge et la lumiere qui est supposer seteindre reste toujours allumé ?
