Not Durable.

Rod broke only after two uses. It’s a shame their quality and durability is not good at all. I bought two of these rods. Don’t buy it.

Great fishing rod

I have had one for years that I keep in the back of my car. Tends to be my most used rod and reel. Is it my best rod and reel? No. But I would not take that one and hike through the forest with it either. This one I will. It is a work horse that will put more fish in the net. My son is getting more into fishing so I got one for him. He loves it too.

Q: What size does it colapse to. i.e. is ity packable in travelling bag?

  • A: Rod collapses to 19 inches, but if you needed it shorter, the bottom of the handle could be removed without too much loss of function resulting in less than 15 inch length.
