    The funny thing is I originally only bought this to use as weight in the bed of my truck and in case I got stuck, but come spring I put it in one of the litter boxes, and the cats liked it. In fact we used it in the main room when our old cat was sick and could not go down stairs to the basement. Combined with the fact my cats are on good cat food there was relatively little odor. Normally we prefer clumping as a rule.

    We use this as a refill to the Maxx Scoop tubs. Its great. The cats like it, it scoops well, and helps mask the smell left by their droppings. Highly recommend Maxx Scoop to anyone with cats.

    • A: This item is not clumping. The clumping sizes of Purina Maxx are 7kg, 11kg, 12.6kg and 14kg.
