Solid flashlight

2 winters this flashlight has held up. I am on 22 acres and its dark. Charge is holding up well. I can make the beam wider and it still lights up the hill really well. Cons: Button needs to be slightly raised to find it in dark. Its flush and hard to find. The green ring at end where bulb is, terrible idea. Very distracting. I had to buy nail polish to cover it. Overall, solid flashlight that will hold up well. Throw it on charger once in a while, as it takes about 5 hours to charge now. Battery always lasted good. I never used power bank feature

Good light, horrible battery

I bought this around a year ago and used it less than 30 times since then. I liked the brightness and the ability to change the focus of the light. The other day I noticed it doesn't want to charge anymore. Checking the battery with a multimeter and it is completely dead and wont take a charge. Quite unfortunate at that price point to only last a few uses.

this product is excellent, bright light, I love the rechargeable battery, and the fact that you can use it to charge up your phone in an emergency situation. The elimination of d cells, or others is a great relief. I may buy a second for my other car. Great product, great price. very bright. Nice job Canadian Tire. Keep purchasing Canadian!

Q: How long does it take to charge?

  • A: I have been using this light for over a year without any re-charging. There are two USB charging ports available, an A and a C. The recharge time depends on the current available from the charger. I used the C port, and the charge was complete after a few hours, but this was not from a completely depleted state.

Q: warranty for The Dover-x flashlight. Stopped working & does not work even after charging it. The green light stays on but the flashlight does not turn on. Purchase June 2024, from Canadain Tire inGrimsby On. Used to walk our dog at night.
