No Programming Instructions

The store had two remotes... neither had instructions, i was given a 1-800 number to contact the company... they could not help me with the product, and wouldn't send me programming instructions because I could not prove that it had been professionally installed. The remote start came with the used vehicle that I bought 4 years ago... I don't know who installed the unit.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: I bought a 99 Dakota and it has a prostart in it but it doesn't work and when I looked there was a grey or white wire loose (it's hard to tell the color now ) and I can't find a model number so what do I do

A: Your best bet will be to visit a nearby authorized dealer for them to pull out the unit to diagnose and fix the issue.
