ProStart 2-Button Remote Starter allows you to start your vehicle from inside your house, by heating it in the winter and cooling it in the summer
Can be used on manual or automatic transmissions
Works with gas and diesel engines
Independent arm/disarm outputs for factory alarm control
Worry-free start-up - will start up your car, but doors and steering wheel remain locked. A built-in security switch means you still need your key to drive your car
Can learn up to 4 remote transmitter codes
Can be configured to automatically start your car in cold weather to prevent battery drainage
1-way remote starter with a 2-button transmitter
Features remote start and stop capabilities
Optional lock, unlock, and trunk release
Most vehicles require an "Interface Module" installed along with the remote starter which will allow the Remote Starter to communicate with your vehicle's on board computer

3 years agoA: Well since I bought it for my 2010 Nissan Titan ,don't have a 2011 Matrix and the fact that YOUR store wanted $800 to install it ,I am not impressed with it at all and have since sold the product .So no I am not happy with it but more displeased with CT service.

Q: 2007 Honda Accord Will the Prostart car starter (part number 034-0742-6) work on a 2007 automatic Honda Accord? Is everything I need in this kit, or do I need another part?
8 years agoA: Yes it will, however you will need to purchase the 34-0792 or 34-2402 interface module flashed with the Honda4 Firmware to interact with the vehicle’s immobilizer system.

Q: tach wire exact location im getting confused on where the tach wire is it shown at the DIY manual it at the big harness at the front of the engine and it says it color white but there are 3 white wires there 2 i think 24 gauge and 1 16 gauge and do i need a passlock?
10 years agoA: The tach wire is on the five-pin connector and is a purple wire. When it comes to installing the tach wire to your vehicle it changes depending on the vehicle make and model. Some vehicles do not require that the tach wire is connected to the car. Always have remote starters installed by a trained technician.
