Ne fonctionne plus après 22 mois

J'ai acheté ce tapis le 16 décembre 2021 et il a cessé de fonctionné le 26 septembre 2023, soit 22 mois . Il a été utilisé régulièrement et toujours bien entretenu, mais du jour au lendemain, pouf plus rien. J'ai communiqué avec le service à la clientèle de Icon Canada / iFit Canada et après plusieurs heures, on m'informe que les réparations seront à mes frais puisque le moteur n'est plus garantie (1 an seulement). J'ai invoqué la garantie légale de la qualité puisque ce n'est pas normal qu'un tapis roulant cesse de fonctionner moins de deux ans après son achat, surtout considérant le prix. Icon Canada / iFit Canada ne m'a JAMAIS répondu. À ÉVITER.

Stop working after 1 year of very moderate use.

I bought it from Canadian Tire. After working 1 year the control panel stop working. The motor was also making noise.
It was a bad decision.
No, I do not recommend this product.

The treadmill works well. Assembly was straight forward but took me a few hours to complete. It has wide range of speed and elevation. More than enough for casual walkers Ang joggers like me. Overall, good buy.

GREAT TREADMILL (MISLEADING PHOTOS)

Very good treadmill for the price. However, this treadmill is shown with a large full colour lcd screen but it does NOT have one. That's a tablet that's been added for marketing purposes. The treadmill actually has quite a small monochrome lcd screen that only displays numbers, letters, etc.
Yes, I recommend this product.

A: Mkon Oh no! You don’t want to stay at an incline permanently. (Feel the burn!) Calibration instructions are found in your user manual on page 23. You should be able to change the incline of this machine at the touch of a button. This unit is certainly not performing as designed. The incline must also be set at zero in order for you to fold this treadmill for storage. This needs to be resolved. Let’s look into this with you and help you out. Q: I want to put this on the 2nd floor of my house. Does this come in enough parts that I will be able to carry them upstairs myself prior to assembly?
