With iFIT® Train Membership (sold seperately), explore 10,000+ workouts led by expert trainers, all personalized with SmartAdjust® to fit your fitness level. Pair a Bluetooth® heart rate monitor to activate ActivePulse® for heart-rate-driven intensity, and sync your progress with Strava, Garmin Connect, or Apple Health.
