ProForm Carbon T7 Folding Treadmill - iFit Enabled

We are really enjoying this treadmill. It is just what we need especially this time of the year.

We bought this treadmill a month ago and it has never worked. The incline motor didn't work and the company sent a new one in the mail and asked me to install as they don't have a technician in St. John's then the control board was sent out for me to install and the machine still doesn't work!! total poor quality and customer service. I had to take it all apart and go back to the store in 3 trips! not impressed will never buy Pro Form again.

Before I buy the treadmill I had to do my research about the maximum weight it can handle. I am weighting 288lb. When I read all instructions and specifications, it is saying that the maximum weight is 300lb. I was really confident that I could buy the product because I am under the maximum weight. Unfortunately it is not true. When I tried to walk or run, the bell started to slip. I have raised a ticket to the vendor and they send me an email back saying that they would analyze my complain. It is been 2 weeks without any answer. The product weight more than 100kg and it took me a time to bring to the basement. It will be worst to bring back to the main floor and return it. Think about before buying this product. If you not heavy weight, this is a really good product.

Excellent treadmill, got it on sale and happy with our purchase

Bought this model for the 1year iFit membershiop included. Installed the treadmill, straight foward. Not wobbly, works well. Came with card for 1year membership. Signed up for account, input code from card. No longer valid. Here is a 30 day membership instead. BTW, the iFit membership is ridiculously expensive. The workouts are basically videos off people walking/running/etc through a destination. The treadmill will increase angle/speed to suit the workout automatically. The few I tried are a little boring, but the function works well. Otherwise, the iFit subscription will track your workouts, try to motivate you with the usual gimmicky positive enforcement, etc. Using it as a dumb treadmill works fine, but why pay all that money for a treadmill that's now fully manual? Won't save your workouts, couldn't get it to function with HR monitor, etc. I have no problem with them putting their custom workouts behind a paywall, but these standard features should work without a subscription. Also, using the unit manually requires you to jump through a few steps to get to manual operation. Each time you use the machine. They definitely make it a pain to use without a subscription. Make me feel ripped off. The manual controls are not backlit, so if you do early morning workouts in a dim lit room, you'll struggle to see the controls. Especially in the face of the overly bright tablet interface. There is no way to turn off the display, if you're using manual controls. Lastly, as a treadmill, it functions fine so far. (1 month) Cushions well, belt stays straight, angle adjustment goes pretty high. Everything is smooth and "action" is solid. It's too bad the experienced is ruined by the limited access to core functions through the required subscription.
