Treadmill quit working, been over a month !!

I received this treadmill at the end of January and it worked well for the first 7 months. It then quit working, belt would only turn for a second. I contacted the manufacturer and had to do a series of tests and videos to show them the issue. After almost a month, a technician was dispatched a week ago to replace the control board. When I tried it the first time, it would not incline, the belt would stop after a couple of minutes and it blows my electrical breaker. Called them again and nothing has happened in a week. So , I am starting month 2 without a useable treadmill with no solution on the horizon.

No, I do not recommend this product.

We purchased this treadmill, used it sparsely as we were post partum and moving. Started to use it more frequently a few months ago & it would stop during use. We checked everything, adjusted the belt. The problem seemed to be okay and then the motor overheated and burnt the housing cover. Support was great, sent us a new motor under warranty. Installed the new motor and lubricated the deck as told to do. Just went to use it and it stopped after 2 minutes. So absolutely frustrating.

Q: Can you do interval training without the ifit subscription?

  • A: You can do interval training - sort of. Without an ifit subscription, you cannot access any programs (including the interval ones). You can only use in manual mode. However, you could manually adjust your speed and incline to simulate interval training. That means you have to hit the speed up or down button as needed to adjust your speed - the treadmill will NOT do it automatically for you. The issue with that is if you are running at a high speed, you arms are going to be moving fast as well (obviously) - so one of those hands has to be used to hit the speed down button - not necessarily an easy thing to do if you are running at full speed!!
