Could be great…

We purchased this treadmill, used it sparsely as we were post partum and moving. Started to use it more frequently a few months ago & it would stop during use. We checked everything, adjusted the belt. The problem seemed to be okay and then the motor overheated and burnt the housing cover. Support was great, sent us a new motor under warranty. Installed the new motor and lubricated the deck as told to do. Just went to use it and it stopped after 2 minutes. So absolutely frustrating.

Q: Can you do interval training without the ifit subscription?

A: You can do interval training - sort of. Without an ifit subscription, you cannot access any programs (including the interval ones). You can only use in manual mode. However, you could manually adjust your speed and incline to simulate interval training. That means you have to hit the speed up or down button as needed to adjust your speed - the treadmill will NOT do it automatically for you. The issue with that is if you are running at a high speed, you arms are going to be moving fast as well (obviously) - so one of those hands has to be used to hit the speed down button - not necessarily an easy thing to do if you are running at full speed!!
