Do not Buy

I do not recommend purchasing this product - It is absolutely no buy for me. Right after a year, when the warranty expires, the console went out and the product is now inoperable. Almost a month of staying on the customer service line and sending emails, there is no response. We even registered with them right after we bought the product and still no response from that site itself. DO NOT BUY. Pick a better brand.

Stopped working after 2 months

I used only a few times a week stopped working after 2 months No heart rate detector Too long good inclines & speeds

This model is not advertised to include a heart rate detector. A wearable heart rate monitor, sold separately, can be used to connect with the unit through Bluetooth.

Bought this as a clearance item - I did a lot of research before buying. It’s been excellent so far. It’s quiet enough and super simple to use. My husband and I put it together in about 90 minutes, it was relatively easy. I don’t fold it up after use but when putting it together it was light enough to do.

My month and a bit experience so far

Solid buy for the price, caught this on sale. I believe its a discontinued model now but the upgraded version is fairly similar. Theres are many things to look for when buying a treadmill. I myself didnt require any fancy features or even programs (this one does come with I believe 20 built in) and you can subscribe to Ifit if you wish. Not my cup of tea. Solid built overall a very minor fitment issue I can't seem to figure out (when folded the track rubs to the side rails but non related to performance) 2.6CHP descent motor hasnt struggled consistently use up to 8mph with no issues (long term performance unknown but I figure this should last me easily 5-10 years) Good belt width and length for my build (5'7 175lbs) My 2 only real complaints i have. 1) there is no countdown timer for a session (i would love to just set it at 30 min and it stop) 2) the friction created between running and the mat does cause electrical shocks when I touch the (very limited amount) of metal parts (speaker grill and underneath the main handles) Really with any treadmill make sure the CHP is strong enough and it has the features your looking for. Any of the ones available are not commercial units (I noticed the belt builds are all very similar in quality no matter the model) but they make great home treadmill units period.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: Is it possible to shut off bluetooth completely ? in a review it is said that shutting off the bluetooth so turns off the treadmill...

  • A: While executing a dit program, shutting off the Bluetooth stops the theadmill and pauses the ifit program. If the Bluetooth is shut off, you can still use the 20 preset programs.

Q: I just bought the PRO-FORM CARBON CTL TREADMILL, MODEL NUMBER PFTL59720.0. The belt has a very noticeable indent in the belt where the seam is. Is this suppose to look like that? It just doesn't look right. My old treadmill didn't have this

Q: I just got this treadmill but I don’t think it will fit in my basement location. Can anyone tell me what is the exact footprint size when laid on ground with the running board flat ? Also is the front end lining up with the display edge in vertical line ?

  • A: The whole unit is exactly the length noted on the box. I am not at home right now so I am guessing it is around 5'. I really like the fact it folds up with one hand. We have it set up in front of a door to a storage room so when it is function it blocks the door but we fold it up when we are finished using the unit ad there is no problem getting into the storage area. As for the front end lining up with the display edge in a vertical line, are you referring to the control panel? The control panel is connected to the tread at about a 20 % angle toward the rear.

Q: Does the Proform Carbon Treadmill needs to be regularly lubricated. I could not find anything about this in the manual.
