I only have good things to say about this product.
I have had it now for about 5 months. I use it every day for about an hour. I have not had to change the batteries yet. It is quiet and sturdy as well.
I like the convenience of being able to exercise at home, whenever I get the chance. Also, because of the style of this piece of equipment, I can spend time on my phone and/or watch tv while working out.
I did not attempt to assemble it myself because I know I am not mechanically inclined. I didn't even try. I paid a person to do it and it was assembled at a relaxed pace in under 2 hours.
Yes, I recommend this product.

J'ai eu plusieurs vélos stationnaires inclinés, mais celui-ci est de loin le plus endurant et le plus confortable. Je l'ai depuis déjà deux ans et je n'ai eu aucun problème, alors qu'habituellement, je dois jeter ou faire réparer le vélo au bout d'un an ( je l'utilise au moins deux heures chaque jour ).

J'ai acheté ce vélo en avril 2013 et j'en suis entièrement satisfait. Je l'ai "planté" devant le téléviseur et j'en oubli que je pédale.. :)
Je n'avais pas de piles "D" au moment de l'assemblage et j'ai utilisé de vieilles piles Ray-O-Vac qui doivent avoir au moins 10 ans. 4 mois plus tard ça fonctionne toujours...
J'ai rajouté un petit odomètre de vélo car l'ordinateur ne conserve le kilométrage parcouru que pendant 5 minutes après l'arrêt de l'exercice.

A: The Console (4) can use four D batteries (not included); alkaline batteries are recommended. Do not use old and new batteries together or alkaline, standard, and rechargeable batteries together. Remove the battery covers from the back of the Console and insert batteries into the battery compartments. Make sure to orient the batteries as shown by the diagrams inside the battery compartments. Then, reattach the battery covers.

Q: Initial set up on delivery Kilometers or miles? . To be able to change from miles to Kilometres or vice versa, you have to know what the start point is. On delivery is it Miles or Kilometers. ? Page 14 does not specifically answer question.

Q: What EXACTLY is the warranty? How long, and are there any parts NOT covered? Is an extended Canadian Tire warranty available, and if so at what cost?

A: It is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials as follows when accompanied by proof of purchase: 5 year warranty on the frame 90 days (parts and labour) warranty on the components. We do not currently offer an extended warranty.
