Annoying experience

Unfortunately I found a badly worn, very used product in the box. Returned for a refund as there were no more on the shelves. The store obviously failed to check the product properly when a previous buyer pulled a fast one. It should never have been returned to the shelf. Cost me 40 minutes of driving.

This was a gift for my boyfriend who loves it. It is fairly quiet and small enough that it is easy to use on tough to reach locations. Charge lasts a long time and the USB charge is nice and easy.

very short life

This item worked well for one week at about 20 minutes per day every other day of use. Then the single button became jammed and the whole unit began to separate one side from the other.
