Pro Series Rectangular Pool, 18 ft x 9 ft x 52 in

First of all, the photo on the box does not do the pool justice! The pool is MUCH larger than it appears in the photo. I think whoever photoshopped the people into the pool either used giant models or had the perspective wrong. I stand 5"5 and the water comes up to my chest. I was able to set up the pool with my 17 year old daughter in about an hour and a half. It would have been much quicker if the instructions were actually correct. There are points in the instructions that tell you what to do, however the packaging folks already took care of it when putting the pool into the box. This put a bit of a scare into me a bit as I thought I only had one O spring (they are great about sending one extra of many pieces) yet needed four in total. The O rings were already in place and so I could have skipped that step and saved a lot of stress. The pool does in fact bow when filling but did correct. If anything there is a slight bow outward on both sides even though the pool is filled to the proper levels. I was impressed that they actually included a vacuum with this pool. I have never owned a pool before so was quite intimidated by the maintenance however this has been super simple. Just be sure to follow the instructions and read, re-read, and re-read again as you are assembling this thing. It is a great buy for the money and so far seems well worth the investment before spending on an installed above-ground.

We purchased this pool after our 15' blow up ring at top pool broke. The previous pool lasted for quite a few years. However this pool is much easier to add chemicals, change filter, etc. We have made steps from our deck to the pool. We also built gates so that no one can access the pool. We are all enjoying it. The only downfall is that we can not keep up all year. Otherwise would highly recommend it.

Great family fun. Worth the money. First season using it and no problems. The kids love it. It is much larger and deeper than it looks. The maintenance kit is vey handy. As long as you keep the chemicals right and clean it regularly - I can't see why anyone would have any problems. Pump works good. keep filter clean. skimmer works great. we run pump about 6-8 hours a day. Ground MUST be level. The pool will bow while filling. This is normal. It will straighten when completely full. You have to fill to 46 " - otherwise it will bow. Set up took about an hour - 2 people. I recommend this pool to anyone looking to keep the kids cool and entertained all summer long. Little ones will need life jacket.

We purchased this pool just over a week ago. I had read the two prior reviews so knew ahead of time that the sides would buckle before readjusting. It also states in the instructions that this will happen as well and is completely NORMAL. I would recommend this pool to anyone. Be sure you have at least three people to help set it up and also be sure to level the ground a good foot to two feet greater than the 9 x 18. The picture on the box is a bit deceiving in that it doesn't appear as high as it actually is.

We are in the process of setting up and filling this pool up. The longer sides are bowing in to the point of near colapse. I too am attempting to contact the manufacturer, and as I am typing away, 47 minutes have elapsted on hold, very poor customer service. Hopefully before my children are in college.
