I would have given them a zero if this was available. The wheel bearing needed to be replaced and because the ABS cable was stuck, it was broken while removing it and it also needed to be replaced. Unfortunately they could not do the job and they lied to me. Unaware that I had originally bought the car brand new from the dealership and knowing that no work had ever been done on the ABS system; I was informed that the ABS had been modified and that even if they ordered the part from the dealership it would have to be modified. How ridiculous! No ethics. No integrity. After going there for a number of years I will no longer be going to any Canadian Tires auto service.
