Pro-Mix Vermiculite improves soil structure for optimal seed germination and plant growth. This bag of premium vermiculite aerates soil and increases water retention when blended with sphagnum peat moss. An exceptional medium for starting seeds and rooting cuttings, vermiculite also ensures safe bulb storage over the winter.

Finely ground vermiculite

a month ago

Delighted to see finely ground vermiculite to use for seed starting. I bought it for encouraging root growth for fall bulbs in a container, and mixed it with damp sand for an outside pot of evergreen branches. Great stuff.

Pro Mix vermiculite

I use this product every fall when I mix it with used potting soil, with kitchen veg scraps, egg shells, coffee grounds, etc. And some garden waste. In the spring, I have healthy potting soil again and o don't have to buy as much.
