First time using this and very disappointed. I applied it thinly to the closet door, yet it still ran! Went back over it within moments to removed the drip and the paint I already applied peeled off the door! It’s gunky and thick. I stirred it thoroughly and used a good roller and brush. Definitely NOT one coat coverage. I’m painting an off white door and it most certainly needs a second coat. The doors looks terrible right now, covered in streaks. Really hope the second coat covers it.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: What primer is recommended for this paint? I've used it on pine and the yellow comes through with time even though it says primer included. Thanks.

A: good morning Arty. If the “yellow” comes out, it might be that the wood knots are bleeding through. it would be best to seals the wood knots with our oil based primer the proceed with painting.
