58 yrs old...not my first time painting and best friend is a professional painter..bought this for quick baseboard repair...absolutely the worst paint I have ever bought in my life...going back to store and not leaving without a complete refund....stirred throughly and goes on clear not white...never experienced such junk in my life

Q: I'm pretty sure the trim in my home was painted with an oil base paint (done by the builder 20 years ago). Since this paint has a built in primer would it be sufficient to use? I'm worried about adhesion due to the existing surface of oil base paint.
