Great but protect it from rain.

I bought one of these about 3 years ago. It works great but a warning, make sure to put in dry location when rain happens. Last year was out in a big rain shower that came up quickly and it was in my carts handy basket. Water leaked into the unit thru the battery box. The unit got moisture inside and although I dried it in rice several times it still can fog up. It still works but if it fogs up the distance is not correct. Protect it from the elements then you will be very happy. I still like mine.
