Déçue de cette fontaine et du service à la clientèle car le l'ai retourner 1 journée après.

Pour l'essayer je devais mettre la pompe dans l'eau et le résultat n'était pas ce que j'espérais. Je l'ai retourner au magasin et parce qu'il y restait quelques gouttes d'eau, le magasin n'a pas voulu me créditer. Alors ils m'ont remis une carte cadeau mais j'aurais voulu être rembourser.

A: I’m not sure you can adapt it. The sprayer sits on a 2.5” pump, and as such the sprayer would sit very high in the birdbath, which is perhaps 2”deep at most.

Q: What's the maximum and minimum spray height of the pump? What's the tallest it will go?

A: Height is about a foot. I have a prefab pond and when I put it on the bottom I just see bubbles on top, no spray. But it's an easy fix, just insert some bricks under the pump until you get it to the height you want. But I'm OK with just the bubbles. I love the glow it gives off at night. And the extra light makes my floating plants grow better.

Q: Can the Lit Container Fountain Kit be used in a solid container so that the cord is submerged in the water directly from the pump, that is no hole drilled in the container

A: Yes, the pond boss Lit Container Fountain Kit can be used in a solid container with the cord submersed in water and fed over the side of the container to connect to your power source. It is not necessary to drill a hole in your planter. You can simply assemble the lit container fountain kit and place it in the bottom of the container. Ensure that the kit is centered on the bottom of the container and feed the cord up and over the edge. Fill with water, plug into power source, and you’re good to go!

Q: does this pump have a connection to add another water line from a small waterfall that goes into the fountain?

A: The pump included with the Pond Boss Container Fountain Kit with Light can not be hooked up to a separate water source/line. The pump is designed to be fully submersed in water and draws in water through the intake screen which is then pumped out through the output where the included fountain nozzle kit is attached.
