So if you're not a tradesmen and have a home reno project to do and think it will be an easy job and it turns out you may have bit off more than you can chew, plaster...lots of plaster does save the day. Lol Final product turned out great and when it was sanded properly and painted, it looked great.

A: This is a tough answer, I can't really say yes & I can't really say no. Not knowing the what type of plastic, the type of repair you are trying to make, etc. etc. makes it a little more difficult. It will work on some plastics, it will take a lot more time to dry, probably quadruple the time. I wouldn't recommend it to be used on Polypropylene / Polyethylene or other hard to bond plastics. Depending on the repair, an Epoxy can be used as well & will perform very well. Epoxy, when still wet, can be smoothed out to act like a filler.
