Excellent sauf le grattoir qui est fragile

Oui le grattoir se casse facilement mais le manche extensible, la brosse et sa contre-partie sont excellents. Je dégage la neige en peu de temps et j'ai acheté un grattoir simple à 4.95 pour ce qui est de gratter le verglas.

Scraper blade is poor design and breaks easily

I bought this as it looked tough and high quality. The brush part is great, telescopes great, but its Achilles heel is the scraper blade that is made of 2 pieces of plastic and as such is not strong and breaks. Only lasted me one season.

Poor design

The brush broke after 6 usages.
The two top plastic pieces, that are part of the pivot assembly, are very weak and brittle at low temperature.
It does not take a lot of pressure to break them as indicated by many other reviewers.
After I managed to repair the pieces by screws, the brush shaft came apart exposing the extension spring. The two pieces were just inserted together without anything to prevent them coming apart.
The extension mechanism is terrible. The trigger is so sensitive that just by holding the brush will too frequently extend the shaft unintentionally. Also, after few times, the brush does not extend all the way and one must pull the brush manually to the lock position which renders the "automatic feature" useless.
The only positive aspect of the brush is that when it is working, it does a reasonable good job clearing the snow from the roof of my SUV.
The scraper itself is flexible, which initially felt strange, but that also works well enough.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Balai à neige télescopique à rallonge automatique

Ce balai possède enfin toutes les caractéristiques que je recherchais depuis longtemps
1. Le manche télescopique permet d'économiser l'espace dans le véhicule
2. Le manche, une fois déployé, permet d'atteindre l'autre côté du toit, et grâce à la grande largeur de la brosse, on peut déblayer une grande quantité de neige, d'un seul coup
3. Petit truc. pour enlever la neige au niveau des essuie-glaces, simplement se placer face au véhicule, et grâce à la longueur du manche, effectuer des passages de gauche à droite.
4. La qualité du grattoir qui épouse bien la surface à gratter

I bought this brush this year for my truck and great length, big scraper and wide head. You do not need to pass 20 times to remove the snow
