I recently changed the hot and cold water valve stems for the taps by the washing machine since they were over 30 years old. In doing so, I thought it would be a good idea to also change the tap handles to identify the hot and cold taps easily. So I purchased the red and blue handles and started to get install them. The red handle had all the three parts in the sealed bag and went on with ease, being mindful to not over tighten to avoid breaking the plastic insert. When I opened the sealed bag for the blue handle, the clear plastic insert was missing and had to go back to the store to get another. When I went back and got another bag, I inspected it before I went back to the customer service desk. And lo and behold, the sealed bag was missing the set screw in it!!! After checking a few bags, I did find one with all three parts in the bag! So please inspect the bag one you remove it from the shelf to ensure all parts are in the bag, otherwise you may be travelling back to the store like I did. I did mention this to the customer service department so hopefully it has been reported.
