Bleeder hole drilled too close to the end. Water sprays out no matter how tightened with the washer in place.

Wrong size - not standard!

These caps are too small to fit the standard valve bleeder cap size required for even the valves that Canadian Tire stocks but they don't carry the larger size required and there is no way to know if it fits or not short of taking the cap out and trying it in a valve. But then, since the package has been opened CT says all they can do for you is exchange it but for what??????
