Great for beginners

I bought this for myself, a pilates novice. I have heard a lot about reformer pilates as well and this product allows you to do it without the hefty price tag of an actual reformer.

Amazing multi-use functionality

I bought this for myself last year looking to get back in shape. Don't let the title mislead you - this can also be for guys. You can pretty much stretch the band as far as you like. Great for toning muscles and working several muscle groups at once in a natural way. The price also can't be beat.
