Poor coffee make - not good choice

I bought this coffee maker back in December, and it did not meet my expectation to make good coffee, the machine can make only and only warm coffee.
the technical sheet says the machine can extract heat between 88 and 92 however, the hottest I could get was between 70 and 75, which would last for 2 to 3 minutes, and then it becomes like 50 degrees
and the worst is the company customer service, it is the worst customer service I've ever seen, I wasted hours calling them it was just a at of ie

Le matin, j'aime prendre un gros café normal. En choisissant un double café 3(café)+3(eau) ce n'est pas assez fort alors je prends un simple (3 café)+3(eau) pour remplir un peu plus ma tasse et un simple (3café)+ 2(eau) pour me contenter sur le goût un peu plus fort. De plus, ça serait bien si je pouvais avoir la possibilité d'y ajouter du lait chaud moussé.

I bought that machine for my husband and even following the guidance the latte never tasted good, nor the cold brew
It’s a lot of setting and it’s hard to find something that taste good

En général je suis quand même satisfait. Idéalement le réservoir pourrait être plus gros Et la chaleur pourrait être l’emplis chaude mais je l’aime pareil de très bon café.
