Great for a year! Then stops charging. 3X.

I love this product...while it works. Philips has replaced mine TWICE because after about a year, it stops charging. There is nothing wrong with the cord, the indicator light lights, it simply doesn't charge. My second replacement (third of the same product) just reached the apparent end of its life cycle and has also stopped taking a charge. Ridiculous.

More money wasted

This is worse than the previous product I was using, and that was terrible. This is flimsy, you have to wiggle it about to get it to work, and the trimmer is useless! More money wasted on a below par product that should not be sold

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure it was user error or poor-quality product. The trimmer cut up my skin and the foil attachment did nothing to my hair when I tried to use that piece. I returned this product after my skin was cut up. Super disappointed - I trust the Phillips brand and really wanted to like this product.
