Disappointed
a year ago
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure it was user error or poor-quality product. The trimmer cut up my skin and the foil attachment did nothing to my hair when I tried to use that piece. I returned this product after my skin was cut up. Super disappointed - I trust the Phillips brand and really wanted to like this product.

Best Facial Hair Trimmer

I have had this trimmer for the last 5 years. It still works but I wanted to see if Phillips came with other options. I will go ahead and buy this one again because it does the job perfectly. I had other trimmers prior which did not last. I would recommend this trimmer to anyone who particularly have a busy schedule and would like to remove facial hair on the go. I use it regularly in the morning before work.

Waste of money

I used this product about three time before it died I went to charge it after 10 minutes it didn’t turn on, after 30 minutes it still didn’t turn on so now I have to toss. Save your money and buy something else. Also the second attachment never worked.

May we suggest charging your trimmer for at least 8 hours, using original charger or cable, on the working power outlet and away from metal surfaces that may interfere during the charging?
