Lovely fly rod, learned to fly fish with this and dont feel the need to upgrade and for the price thats pretty impressive, if your already and avid fly fisherman you'll find this rod a bit heavier than some higher priced rods

Le frein du moulinet ne fonctionne pas. Engrenage de plastique qui se défait après quelques utilisations seulement.
La canne est bien. Seul défaut, 8' en trois parties, ca fait environ 33.5". Impossible de trouver un étui de transport pour cela. Je ne recommande pas. Jai acheté sur internet un autre moulinet, et j'utilise un étui de canne a lancer leger pour le transport mais je sens que la canne va finir par brisée dedans...

Bad Reel

Bought this rod may 26th. It is now June 8th and I've used the rod 3-4 times and the reel is broken already missing teeth or something inside has no drag anymore. As well the drag feature for this rod does not function AT ALL. Bought this for my first rod and I'm pretty disappointed by the quality. Will be returning.

A: This is a good starter package, in that it takes all the guess work out of matching rods, reels and line for beginners. This combo features a #5/6 weight rod, and 6 weight line. I would certainly say that this could effectively land a 30” pike.
