I like the appearance of the faucet , on clearance the price was good . The hose for the spray nozzle is unnecessarily stiff making it difficult to use and unlike my previous faucet this one did not include flexible stainless lines to connect to the service lines. This added an extra cost to the project.

I bought this a few weeks ago to replace a Danz model ( poor) that was dripping. The only complaint I have is that the lever is full cold in the vertical position and full hot in the past horizontal position. Just have to get used to it.

Washet and white plastic part, not mentioned manua

Leaking between sprayer and hose attachment. Unscrewed hose from spray nozzle and a white plastic part and black washer popped out. Now dont know which one goes back in first towards top of hose, plastic white piece or black washer. Nothing is mentioned in instructions or diagram about these two small pieces. Also the white top little white plastic washer at end of hose has an opening and water is leaking through there.

To reinsert the parts, you would need to insert the white piece first with the rubber side down towards the ball joint and then insert the flat rubber washer after (on top). If this doesn’t help, we'll gladly send you the replacement hose necessary to get your faucet back in working order, but we need more information. A: The one year applies to in store. Pfister stands behind their products. They sent us a replacement part when the spray nozzle broke.

A: We're sorry we missed your question. You don't need to hold the button down in spray mode. You toggle the button to spray mode, and it stays in the spray until you toggle it back to stream or turn the water off, and it returns to stream mode when you turn it back on.

Q: The Canadian Tire spec shows 1.8 l/min, but the Pfister website shows 1.8 gpm. Which is correct?

Q: What size/type of supply lines are required?

A: Pfister Classic model #F-529-7PFS includes two inlet adapters, #970-075, that connect to ½” water supply lines with ½” fittings. The other end of the water supply lines would depend on the connection size in your home.
