Not as good as I hoped

The pull down nozzle will not quite retract all the way up as it should. The weight is in the proper place. Any suggestions?

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Based on your description, it sounds like the spray head may be prevented from docking completely when it gets to the spout. Check the weight on the hose as you manually retract it to make sure the weight is not reaching the floor or being obstructed as you pull it out and dock it, preventing the spray head from reaching the spout completely to dock. Sloppy instructions

Installed this for my mother and parts L are included but nothing mentioned in manual about where or how to use them...

In some homes, copper tubing with no fittings is used as the water supply lines, and these parts are included for those types of applications. However, standard water supply hoses with fittings on both ends are readily available at any hardware store for easier installation. Decent option when on sale

Bought a few months ago, and we have had no problems with it at all. Got it on 50% off sale, for $100. Looks nice and is functional. The head comes off, which is really nice. Make sure to know what you're doing if you install it yourself, and make sure to tighten it well. I feel like some lower rating were given by people who don't know how to install it properly.

Spout arm loose

Bought this today and installed it. After install and tightening the spout arm seems a little sloppy where it enters the arm base. I waited for an hour to ensure any excess plumbers putty squeezed out from beneath the base plate and checked the tightness on the nuts to confirm everything was snug beneath the sink/countertop. I would not expect that much movement on a new unit.
