Faucet great, dish washing soap dispenser is BAD

Purchased and installed April 2025. The faucet works great, love it. The Soap dispenser worked for a few days only. It seems like the pump mechanism won't stay primed. There is enough dish washing liquid in it. We have cleaned the pump jeans and tube as per the maintenance and care guide. I am so frustrated with this.
No, I do not recommend this product.

installation is easy, like the head can be tilted

installation is much easier, doesn't have to crawl under sink to tighten the screws. I particularly like the head can be tilted, so I have less water spiled out to the counter. so far so good.

why does every manufacturer have to reinvent the wheel. the installation of this tap is terrible. life was so easy when you could just get under a sink to tighten a tap down. with this tap a plastic tool to turn a plastic insert. you can't tell how much pressure your putting on the plastic pieces. now I have a wobly tap and have to shut my water off again to disassemble the top half of the tap, then unscrew the cold and hot water fittings to pull them back up through the center of the tap so I can try to retighten and hopefully I don't break it. I highly don't recommend this tap. also this tap is louder than a garden hose running. stay away!!!

A better than average faucet that is designed well

Good quality item that is relatively easy to install. The design obviously was given some thought to making the install easier. Removing my old faucet was harder than installing this one, and also demonstrated the improved design compared to the old one. That being said, the materials of the old faucet seemed more sturdy, as it was actually chrome....this is not...it is thinner and feels like it is chrome-like. However, it looks good and is working very well. I have no regrets purchasing this item especially as it was a very good sale price.

A: Yes, the soap dispenser is completely separate. My sink doesn't have a hole for one so I tossed the dispenser that came with mine
