I'm 69 years old and this is by far the worst kitchen faucet I've used in my life. Installed by a plumber, it is nearly impossible to get the proper temperature and flow. Cannot say anything good about it except that it looks good installed.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I followed the easy to read instructions and had no trouble. The facet is well made with a sleek design. The faucet cleans up nicely and looks great in my kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The defense stainless steel finish is simply amazing. No water spots whatsoever. I am still in awe at how my kitchen sink looks now. It's a nice upgrade. The pull down faucet is very secured and retracts nicely back into it's original position with magnets. There are two buttons on the faucet head. One is to stop the water and the other is to change the water pressure to a spray function. The spray function works great to clean the sink and to push debris to the strainer. The soap dispenser works flawlessly and dispenses the right amount of soap.  The faucet position is at a good height and allows for easy washing. I highly recommend it!
