Poor quality, expensive waste of money

I bought this item due to its appearance, but the rope winding didn’t even last a day with my pets. They love it, but within hours of introducing it to them, the base and rope was unattached, and now a choking hazard. Utter garbage product.

Bought this on sale. Two of my three cats love it! The rope on the bottom of the post started coming loose. I hot-glued it down. Every few days, I have to glue down another section. It seems to be holding, though. Like another reviewer, I have it tucked under a piece of furniture to keep it from toppling over.

Yes, I recommend this product.
