I like how easy it was to use and that I could attach it to my door, but it didn't last long enough. I only had it around 6 weeks before it broke.

not for those looking to gain mucsle

I used this product for a week doing curls, squats, etc. First one of the bands broke and then one of the handles. Garbage for a guy looking to build muscle

I got it for Xmas, and it would be great for a beginner just learning to exercise, I personally found it wasn't strong enough for me, but I also work out with weights and TRX several times a week. Its just not for me. The quality is good on the components, just wish the bands could combine for a resistance greater than 30lbs.
