this is for everyone

my kids love this use it everyday, my daughter uses it to strengthen muscles for competitive swimming, I have had some lower back issues so I was uncertain if I could use it, so I set it so it would stop at the side of my bed instead of extending to far, and I love it. there are some really good videos online to show you what it can do.

Must have for home gym!

Very easy to use, spring assisted retraction provides just enough help for beginners but not enough to ruin the exercise. Wide rubber wheels and contoured handles provide ultimate stability. Many compound movements that engages your multiple muscles like hamstrings, lower and upper Abs, chest and arms. A must have for any home gym!
